Year of Faith &#034;Day of Prayer&#034;

The "Day of Prayer" was presented by Sr. Paschalina Marie and Sr. Marybeth. Praying the rosary to begin the day set the tone for this time of spiritual renewal and reflection . The first conference was given by Sr. Paschalina Marie, who spoke about "Baptism: our transforming encounter with Jesus the Lord." The Sacrament of Confession was available for guests and was followed by Holy Mass.

After lunch, Sr. Marybeth presented the topic, "Being Rooted in Christ." Sister offered practical ways we can enable Christ to be the center of our daily lives, particularly through the Scriptures. The day concluded with Adoration.
